Thank you for visiting the Enoki Eatery webpage! Enoki Eatery is a food truck in Sitka, Alaska where you can find convenient, locally sourced asian fusion street food in the heart of the Tongass Forest.

 

I started this company in 2022 with a small amount of savings and a lot of hard work. This business has grown from pop-ups on the weekends to a summer table in downtown Sitka, and now to a full-fledged food truck! I am excited to expand my daily menu and hours this summer.

I make innovative and approachable street food using Alaskan ingredients in creative ways. The menu is designed to be easy to eat on the go while still delivering the highest quality food for locals and visitors alike. I take pride in sourcing ingredients from local suppliers to support the community that supports my business.
